Cricut Design Space handles seamless patterns well — once you know which three settings to touch.
1. Upload as Pattern, not Image
Patterns uploaded as images get placed once; patterns uploaded via the Patterns panel tile automatically inside any shape.
2. Match the repeat to your material
Our PNG tiles are 2400px square. For a 12" mat, set the pattern scale so one tile covers about 4 inches — three repeats across reads as fabric, not wallpaper.
3. Check the seam preview
Zoom to 200% where two tiles meet before you commit vinyl. A true seamless tile shows nothing; if you can see a line, the scale slider has drifted off an integer repeat.
