Downloads & Re-delivery

All Digisperse products are instant digital downloads — there is nothing physical shipped to you.

How delivery works

After checkout, your files are available immediately from your order confirmation email and from your Shopify account under Orders. Each digital product includes a direct download link (or, for larger products, a Dropbox link) plus a Download Guide with step-by-step instructions.

Didn't get your files, or lost the link?

Digital files never expire and can be re-downloaded any time from your account order history. If you can't find your files, email us at yourfriend@digisperse.com with your order number and we'll re-send your download link right away — free of charge, any time.
